黄少铭,男,籍贯浙江瑞安,1965年出生。国家杰出青年基金获得者,浙江省特级专家。85年毕业于杭州大学,91年获南开大学博士学位,91-93 南京大学博士后,出站后任南京大学副教授。96-05先后在英国Sussex大学、澳大利亚联邦科学与工业研究院(CSIRO)和美国Duke大学从事研究。05年3月回国任南京大学教授,博导。同年9月任职温州大学,2009.04-2014.05任温州大学化学与材料学院院长,2014.05-2016.06任温州大学副校长。现任浙江省碳材料技术研究重点实验室主任,温州大学浙江省化学一级学科重中之重学科(浙江省一流学科A类)负责人。近十多年来致力于微纳结构功能材料包括纳米结构碳材料、金属纳米材料和无机光功能材料的基础研究、应用基础研究及相关技术的开发。99年以来已在国际学术刊物上发表209篇论文。影响因子大于3.0的153篇(其中大于10.0的28篇)。论文包括 Nat. Mater., Nat. Commun., JACS, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Phys. Rev. Lett., Adv. Mater.,Nano Lett.,ACS Nano , Small,Adv. Energy Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater.,Nano Energy, Chem. Mater., Nanoscale, Chem. Commun.等。99年以来发表的论文被引8000余次,H指数45。单篇被引用超过100次有23篇(其中超过200次6篇,超过300次4篇),最高580多次。研究成果并多次作为J. Phys. Chem. BAustralian Science、J. Mater. Chem.、Nanoscale、Adv. Mater.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、 Adv. Funct. Mater.等杂志的封面。部分成果多次被全球众多的科技媒体如美国C&E News, Science News, Science Daily News 等报道。申请了6项国际专利和30多项中国专利。担任SCI刊物 Nano-micro Lett. 副主编和 J. Nanomater.编委,并为Nat. Nanotech.,Nat. commun. JACSAngew. Chem., ACS NanoAdv. Mater., APLJPC B&CElectrochem. Commun., CPL, CarbonChem. Mater.ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Biosensor & Bioelectronics,PCCP,JNR, J. Power Sources等审稿。任职温州大学以来,先后完成和承担国家级项目(包括973前期专项1项、863项目2项、国家杰出青年基金1项、国家自然科学基金重点国际合作研究项目1项和面上项目3项)、省自然科学基金杰青项目、科技厅重点项目、温州市科技局重大项目和国际合作等项目等。获教育部高等学校自然科学二等奖1项,浙江省科学技术二等奖2项。领导的团队先后入选浙江省教育厅创新团队和浙江省重点创新团队(与浙大联合)及温州市重点创新团队。先后入选浙江省特聘教授(钱江学者)、浙江省“151” 人才第一层次、国务院特殊津贴、新世纪百千万人工程国家级人选、浙江省”千人计划”、浙江省有突出贡献中青年专家、浙江省优秀留学归国人员、温州市突出贡献科技人才和劳动模范、2010年获得了国家杰出青年基金、2011年入选浙江省特级专家、2013年获温州市重大科技贡献奖。
