向卫东,男,1962年出生,教授,博士生导师,温州大学瓯江特聘教授199511月毕业于浙江大学材料系,获工学博士学位。19992000年在葡萄牙阿威罗大学做博士后,20002001年获英国皇家学会奖学金,在英国利兹大学做博士后。2006年被聘为长春理工大学博士生导师,2008年被聘为同济大学博士生导师,2008年选为浙江省新世纪151人才工程重点资助的培养人才,2010年国务院政府特殊津贴获得者,2013年获得温州首届杰出人才称号。长期从事先进无机非金属光电子材料的教学、科研工作。主要研究方向为:纳米微晶玻璃材料、白光LED用单晶、微晶玻璃等光学材料的研究。

近年来,在ACS Appl. Mater.     Interfaces.Journal of Materials Chemistry C,Journal of the American Ceramic     Society等国内外重要学术期刊发表SCI学术论文100余篇。完成国家自然科学基金5项,浙江省自然科学基金重点基金1项,温州市重大科技计划项目1项。授权发明专利16项。多次获得省市科技进步奖。目前承担国家自然科学基金1项。

目前,在大功率白光LED用单晶材料和微晶玻璃材料的研究上已形成了一条白光LED制备的新的技术路线。使用单晶和微晶玻璃材料封装的光源发光效率达到120lm/W,显色指数达到80以上,已经达到甚至超过目前市场主流LED照明灯具的技术指标,该类材料已经达到生产要求。近几年在量子点玻璃材料的制备、微纳结构表征及其三阶非线性光学特性的研究工作上表现出良好的创新态势,发表SCI收录论文100余篇。
