摘要(英文):Semitransparent solar cells (ST-SCs) have sparked great interest due to their appeal in applications including automobiles, foldable solar curtains, power-generating windows and other aesthetic architectural products. The top transparent electrode is an essential component of ST-SCs because of its functions of transmitting light, transferring and collecting charge, and providing a distributed electric field. Here, a general overview is provided on the recent progress of difffferent top transparent electrodes in the fabrication of semitransparent organic solar cells (ST-OSCs) and semitransparent perovskite solar cells (ST-PSCs). The materials for top transparent electrodes are mainly thin metals, transparent conductive oxides, transparent conducting polymers, silver nanowires (Ag-NWs), carbon nanotubes (CNTs), graphene and the combination of two or three of these materials. Techniques for optimizing the transparency and effiffifficiency of ST-SCs are discussed in detail. Finally, a summary of the top transparent electrodes used in ST-SCs and a view into the development of this research field are provided.

研究现状(中文)该论文分析了薄膜金属、银纳米线、石墨烯、导电氧化物和聚合物等多个材料作为顶部透明电极在制备半透明电池方向的设计原理、制备方法和应用现状,并对不同顶部透明电极材料的优缺点做了详细评述,给出了顶部透明电极进一步优化的方向和建议,对半透明电池早日实现商业化应用具有重要指导意义。
